I spent 4 nights and would come here again. The place was beautiful and excellant, it worked for me. The room was quiet, and perfect, with a safe box, a minibar, and an electronic key card. The restaurant was not too far away from the hotel.

The hotel is clean, centrally located, and the staff stand out for their friendliness and professionalism. We loved dining at Charlie’s Corner, where the buffet offered a fantastic variety, particularly the Indian curries. Special thanks to Karim, Kawthar, Hela, and the front desk team for their really good service, making our family trip enjoyable. Relaxing at the outdoor pool after exploring nearby landmarks like Souq Waqif created wonderful family moments.

Fairly clean venue and outstandingly accommodating and very polite employees. Particularly good and stunning location, just 20 minutes to the city center. Good restaurant at a short distance from the hotel...

I had a fantastic experience ; the room was cozy and had everything I needed for a comfortable night. The staff was genuinely attentive, especially during check-in and throughout my entire visit.
Breakfast delights could be enhanced with more beverage options.

The staff were UNBELIEVABLE! Special shoutout to Mr Humprey for his genuine care and assistance! The breakfast was good, but the toiletries could be better. Would've loved a tissue box in the room! 😊

I must say, the room size was confining, and the wash basin was shamefully shoved in a corner. I also expected a complimentary welcome gift for having to endure this inconvenience, but alas, no such luck. Almost considered leaving a good review, but couldn't!

The pool view from the Standard Double Room was quite nice. The quick access to the pool area allowed for a refreshing dip after a long day.
Hygiene in the rooms left much to be desired. I found unpleasant odors and hair upon arrival in both rooms I checked. The overall cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable dirt in corners and questionable stains on bedding.

I stayed in the Standard Double Room with Pool View for 3 nights, and the room was pretty comfy overall. The bed was good, but I did find some dirt and hair on the floor and in the bathroom when I first checked in. It could've used a bit more attention to cleanliness. The staff was super friendly, especially Khamdani at checkout, who was really helpful!

The Standard Double Room with Pool View offered a nice view, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's rest. I appreciated the close proximity to the pool area for a quick dip after a long day.
The hygiene left much to be desired. On arrival, I found hair on the floor and in the bathroom, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. The breakfast got a bit tiresome after the first few days, as it remained largely the same with just minimal variation each day. The airport pickup was a mess-I ended up waiting for 45 minutes for them to sort out a mechanical issue, which pushed me to take a local taxi instead. The stay had potential, but the cleanliness and breakfast variety really could use some work.

Comfy stay with friendly staff
I was really impressed by the awesome service at the reception. Faine was super cute and helped me with everything I needed. The breakfast at the restaurant was delish too! Only wish the room was a bit bigger for a group of friends, felt a bit cozy at times.
